SELF-HOSTED · SOURCE-AVAILABLE

A tracker and wiki in one — fast, and built for your AI agents.

Kosmos replaces your issue tracker and your wiki with one fast, self-hosted tool — no per-seat bill that climbs with every hire. And its MCP gives your AI agents a real key to the workspace, not just a chat window. Yours for a one-time license.

BUILT FOR OURSELVES FIRST

Our roadmap, our tickets, our docs — they all live in Kosmos. We got tired of paying per seat for two clouds, built our own, and kept sharpening it. This is that build, MCP and all.

THE PROBLEM

Your team's memory shouldn't live in someone else's cloud.

Cloud trackers and wikis hold your tickets and docs on a vendor's servers. The self-hosted incumbents are being wound down — and open-source ones bolt AI on as an afterthought.

  • Every ticket and doc sits on a vendor's servers.

  • A per-seat bill that grows with every hire.

  • Open-source options leave your AI agents blind.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Tasks and knowledge, in one place

Tracker + wiki in one

Track the work and write it down in the same product — tickets and docs, linked.

Fast by default

Keyboard-driven and snappy — built to feel instant, not like a loading spinner.

AI-native search

Hybrid lexical + semantic search across every task and wiki page.

Knowledge graph

Everything links up, so past decisions and related work surface when you need them.

Automations

Rules that move tickets, set fields and react to changes without you babysitting them.

Roles & access

Projects, permissions and access levels for your whole organization.

Own it once, scale for free

A single license instead of two per-seat subscriptions that grow with every hire.

  • No per-seat pricing — bring the whole team
  • Unlimited projects and wiki spaces
  • Runs entirely on your own servers

And every table stake you'd expect — boards and list views, sprints, subtasks, labels, filters, saved views, comments and attachments. A real tracker, not a toy.

FOR YOUR AI AGENTS

Your agents get a key to the workspace

Kosmos ships an MCP server that exposes the whole platform to any Model Context Protocol agent. Your agent stops being blind to what the team is doing — it can pull a spec before coding, leave its results on the ticket, and dig up prior decisions.

Tasks

List, create, read, update, comment, change status / assignee / labels, patch descriptions.

Projects & members

A read on the whole workspace — projects and who's who.

Wiki

Spaces & pages as a compact tree, read, create, patch, and bulk-import from a folder or zip.

Knowledge graph

Browse and traverse the organization's knowledge graph.

Search

Hybrid, semantic or exact search across tasks and wiki, with tunable detail.

Packages

Browse, get install links, and install / update marketplace packages (dry-run + confirm), with version diffs.

Generic API

Call any REST endpoint through devhub_api_docs + devhub_api.

HOW IT COMPARES

Kosmos vs. a typical cloud tracker + wiki

Comparison of Kosmos and a typical cloud tracker plus wiki across hosting, where data lives, pricing, AI access for agents, tasks-and-wiki-in-one and source code.
Feature Kosmos Typical cloud tools
Where data lives Your servers A vendor's cloud
Pricing One-time license Per seat, every month
Access for AI agents Full MCP Limited or none
Tasks + wiki One product Two subscriptions
Source code Available (BSL) Closed

OWNERSHIP

Yours to run, yours to change

Kosmos runs on your infrastructure — tickets, docs and the graph stay yours, and any AI runs on your own model keys. And it's source-available (BSL): add a field, script an automation, or reshape a workflow with your engineers or a vibe-coding session. You own the code you run; you just can't resell it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does "source-available (BSL)" mean?

You get the source code we run internally under a Business Source License: run it, change it, self-host it — you just can't resell it as a competing product.

What does the one-time price cover?

A perpetual license for one legal entity, install help, and free updates through v1.0. After that you maintain your copy.

Does our data ever reach DelosX?

No. Kosmos runs on your servers; tasks, wiki and the knowledge graph stay with you, and any AI runs on your own model keys.

Which AI tools can use the MCP?

Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others. The server exposes the whole REST API, so agents can read and write tasks, wiki and more.

What do I need to run it?

A server you control (Docker). It runs self-hosted, and any AI features use your own model keys.

What does it cost as we add people?

Nothing extra. Kosmos is a one-time license, not per-seat — add the whole team and as many projects as you like, and the price never moves. Compare that with two cloud subscriptions (tracker + wiki) billed per user, every month.
